Perfluorotetradecanoic acid
PFTeDA is a PPARγ antagonist that binds the human receptor's ligand-binding domain (IC50=22.8 μM; Kd=157.8 μM) . This research chemical is used to study endocrine disruption, notably in models of Leydig cell toxicity involving oxidative stress and apoptosis, and for investigating adrenal steroidogenesis in vitro.
