Tubulin polymerization-IN-71 (Compound 4k) is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor (IC50 = 3.06 μM) with potent anti-proliferative activity against osteosarcoma cell lines MG-63 and U2OS (IC50 = 0.08-0.14 μM) . It induces G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis in MG-63 cells, making it a useful research tool for studying cytoskeleton-targeted cancer therapies.
