Tigemonam dicholine

Tigemonam is a potent, orally active monocyclic β-lactam antibiotic effective against a broad spectrum of Gram-negative bacteria at low concentrations (≤1 μg/mL) . It is utilized in research for studying in vitro susceptibility and in vivo pharmacokinetics of novel β-lactam agents against Enterobacteriaceae and other pathogens.
