IHCK-37
IHCK-37 (ASN05260065) is a selective Hck inhibitor that blocks HIV-1 replication and exhibits antitumor activity. It suppresses erythropoietin-induced PI3K/AKT and MAPK/ERK signaling in high Hck-expressing cells, making it a useful research tool for studying chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) in vitro.
