SDU-071 is an orally bioavailable small molecule that disrupts the BRD4-p53 interaction. It is a research tool for studying triple-negative breast cancer, demonstrating in vitro activity against MDA-MB-231 cells by downregulating BRD4 targets, inhibiting proliferation, migration, and invasion, and inducing cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
