PAR4 antagonist7 (Compound 20f) is a potent and selective PAR4 antagonist (IC50 = 1.72 nM) that effectively blocks PAR4-AP-induced platelet aggregation. It demonstrates good metabolic stability and, in murine models, has shown no associated bleeding tendency, making it a valuable tool for studying thrombosis and hemostasis in vitro and in vivo.
