Hsp90-IN-34 (HAM-1) is a potent, selective inhibitor of the Aha1-Hsp90 protein-protein interaction, exhibiting a KDapp of 23.5 μM. By disrupting this co-chaperone complex, it modulates Hsp90 ATPase activity and serves as a valuable chemical probe for studying Hsp90 function in cancer and neurodegenerative disease research, both in vitro and in cellular models.
