HMcl-1-IN-1 is a potent, nanomolar inhibitor of the anti-apoptotic protein Mcl-1, targeting His224 with an arylsulfonyl fluoride warhead (IC50 = 5.8 nM) . This compound is a valuable chemical probe for studying Mcl-1 function in apoptosis and cancer research in cellular models.
