MeS-IMPY
[11C]MeS-IMPY is a high-affinity PET imaging ligand targeting β-amyloid plaques, with a Ki of 7.93 nM in AD brain homogenates. It is applied in Alzheimer's disease research for in vivo neuroimaging and in vitro binding assays to study amyloid pathology.
