KRN7000 analog 3 (Compound 14) is an α-GalCer analog with a 4-phenoxy group that acts as a potent iNKT cell agonist. It stimulates enhanced IL-2 secretion in vitro compared to α-GalCer and shows research potential in oncology and immunology as an anti-tumor agent and vaccine adjuvant.
