Tioxacin
Tioxacin is an orally administered bactericidal agent. Its activity is enhanced in combination with fatty amines, showing efficacy against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including nalidixic acid-resistant E. coli and P. aeruginosa. It is used in research exploring novel combination therapies in vitro.
