Androgen receptor antagonist 12
Compound EF2 is a potent, orally bioavailable androgen receptor (AR) antagonist (IC50 = 0.30 μM) that suppresses mutant AR transcriptional activity and prostate cancer cell proliferation. It blocks AR nuclear translocation and has demonstrated in vivo efficacy by inhibiting tumor growth in C4-2B xenograft models, supporting its use in prostate cancer research.
