PDL1 degrader-2

PD-L1degrader-2 (Compound B3) is an orally active small molecule that induces PD-L1 degradation via the autophagy-lysosome pathway (DC50 = 0.5 μM) and blocks the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction (IC50 = 22.8 nM) . It demonstrates in vivo antitumor efficacy in CT26 mouse models, making it a useful tool for researching targeted protein degradation and cancer immunotherapy.
