α-glucosidase/PTP1B-IN-1

α-glucosidase/PTP1B-IN-1 (8a) is a dual inhibitor of α-glucosidase (IC50=66.3 μM) and PTP1B (IC50=47.0 μM), also inhibiting α-amylase (IC50=30.62 μM) . It binds to the enzymes' active sites, showing potential for in vitro and in vivo research into postprandial hyperglycemia and type 2 diabetes management.
