ROCK/HDAC-IN-1

ROCK/HDAC-IN-1 (Compound 10h) is an orally active dual inhibitor of ROCK1/2 and HDAC1/2/3/6/8. It demonstrates potent antiproliferative activity in breast cancer cells, induces immunogenic cell death markers like CRT and HMGB1, and shows in vivo antitumor efficacy with T cell activation and low toxicity.
