PfCLK3-IN-1
PfCLK3-IN-1 (Compound 4) is a covalent PfCLK3 inhibitor active under alkaline conditions (pEC50 7.1) . It blocks gametocyte maturation to prevent malaria transmission and inhibits parasite growth in vitro (IC50 239.5 nM against Dd2-B2 clone), supporting research in antimalarial drug discovery.
