JA2
JA2 is a selective inhibitor of the metalloendopeptidase EP24.15 (thimet oligopeptidase) . By blocking this enzyme's degradation of bradykinin, JA2 potentiates the peptide's hypotensive effects, as demonstrated in rat models. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying cardiovascular regulation and neuropeptide metabolism in both in vitro and in vivo systems.
