Aβ-IN-10

Aβ-IN-10 (Alz-5) is a bifunctional molecule that chelates copper and inhibits beta-amyloid (Aβ) aggregates, mitigating their neurotoxicity and associated cell rigidity. It demonstrates antioxidative properties and shows moderate cytotoxicity in SH-SY5Y and HepG2 cell lines in the presence of CuCl2, supporting its research application in Alzheimer's disease models.
