Kv7.2/Kv7.3 agonist 1
Compound 16 is an orally active, small-molecule agonist of Kv7.2/Kv7.3 (KCNQ2/3) potassium channels with an in vitro EC50 of 1.03 μM. It shows in vivo efficacy, providing analgesia in mouse models of neuropathic pain, including chronic constriction injury and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
