PLD-IN-1

PLD-IN-1 (Compound 3r) is an orally active phospholipase D inhibitor (IC50=1.97 μM) that modulates tumor immunogenicity by altering CD24, CD47, PD-L1, and calreticulin expression. It demonstrates anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects in lung cancer cell lines and shifts macrophage polarization toward the M1 phenotype, showing efficacy in vivo.
