AubipyOMe
AubipyOMe is a potent small molecule inhibitor of TRAP/ACP5 (IC50: 1.3 μM TRAP5a, 1.8 μM TRAP5b), a metalloenzyme expressed in osteoclasts and macrophages. It effectively inhibits TRAP activity in cellular extracts from mouse macrophages and human lung tissue, making it a valuable research tool for studying bone resorption and macrophage-related pathologies in vitro.
