This conjugate consists of a selective αvβ6 integrin-targeting cyclic peptide coupled to a DOTA chelator. Its lutetium-177 complex demonstrates high affinity (IC50=0.8 nM) for αvβ6 integrin, enabling its use in preclinical research for tumor imaging and targeted radiotherapy in relevant in vivo models.
