TNF-α/IL-1β-IN-1

TNF-α/IL-1β-IN-1 (compound 11a) is a small molecule anti-inflammatory agent that suppresses TNF-α and IL-1β expression, reduces oxidative stress and apoptosis, and improves myocardial blood flow. It is a useful research tool for studying septic myocardial injury in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
