Antiproliferative agent-59
Antiproliferative agent-59 is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor with potent in vitro anticancer activity against Huh7, SGC-7901, and MCF-7 cell lines. It induces G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis, and has demonstrated in vivo antitumor efficacy in a Huh7 xenograft model of hepatocellular carcinoma without significant toxicity.
