EpoY (SD-142) is an irreversible inhibitor of the vasohibin-1/SVBP complex (TCP), which reduces detyrosinated α-tubulin with an IC50 of ~500 nM. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study microtubule dynamics, neuronal differentiation, and implications in cancer and cardiovascular research.
