PXS-4787 hydrochloride is a potent pan-lysyl oxidase (LOX/LOXL) inhibitor with IC50 values ranging from 0.2 to 3.2 μM across enzyme isoforms. It reduces collagen I cross-linking in human fibroblast models, supporting its use in researching fibrosis, cancer metastasis, and fibrotic disease mechanisms in vitro.
