PQA-18
PQA-18 is a potent and selective PAK2 inhibitor (IC50 = 10 nM) with demonstrated immunosuppressive activity. It suppresses IL-2 production in T-cells in vitro and shows efficacy in vivo by ameliorating atopic dermatitis in mice and improving graft survival in rat transplantation models.
