Pulrodemstat HCl is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1/KDM1A) . It demonstrates anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activity in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) models, inhibiting cell proliferation and migration in vitro and tumor growth in vivo.
