MRT-92
MRT-92 is a potent Smoothened (Smo) antagonist with a Ki of 0.7 nM, inhibiting the Hedgehog pathway. It suppresses cerebellar granule cell proliferation (IC50=0.4 nM) and is used in research models for cerebellar gliomas, including in vitro and in vivo studies.
