AJI-100
AJI-100 is a potent dual inhibitor of Aurora A kinase (IC50=12.7 nM) and JAK2 (IC50=18.5 nM) . It disrupts T cell mitosis and polarity via Aurora A and reduces STAT3 phosphorylation via JAK2, thereby suppressing TH1/TH17 differentiation. This compound is a valuable research tool for studying immune regulation and GVHD in experimental models.
