Compound 30 is a TAAR1 full agonist (pEC50=7.5) with additional activity at H1 and muscarinic receptors (e.g., M2, pEC50=5) . It is a research tool used in vitro and in vivo to investigate mechanisms underlying neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and depression.
