Tubulin polymerization-IN-68
Tubulin polymerization-IN-68 is a potent small molecule tubulin polymerization inhibitor that induces apoptosis via PARP-1 and caspase-3 upregulation. It demonstrates potent in vitro anticancer activity against HepG2 cells (IC50 = 93 nM) and has shown significant oral efficacy in reducing HepG2 xenograft tumor growth in nude mouse models.
