Arcopilin A
Arcopilin A is a small-molecule antibacterial agent with moderate antifungal and anti-Gram-positive activity, including efficacy against Staphylococcus aureus biofilms. It demonstrates cytotoxic IC50 values of 8.9 μg/mL (KB-3-1) and 14 μg/mL (L929) and significantly potentiates the activity of gentamicin and vancomycin in vitro.
