FT-FAPI-12_9 (TFA) is a fibroblast activation protein (FAP) ligand used to synthesize the radiopharmaceutical FAPI-46. This precursor enables the development of targeted radiotracers for non-invasive imaging of FAP-expressing cancers in preclinical in vivo and in vitro research models.
