DCE-2
DCE-2 is a heterobifunctional PROTAC degrader targeting the CBP/EP300 bromodomain proteins. It is composed of a thalidomide-based E3 ligase ligand, a C10 linker, and an EP300/CBP-targeting ligand. This compound is a research tool for investigating the roles of these epigenetic regulators in cancer and other diseases in cellular models.
