CXM102
CXM102 is a small molecule autophagy activator that rejuvenates aged bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) and promotes their osteogenic differentiation. It functions by enhancing TFEB nuclear translocation. In vivo studies in middle-aged mice demonstrate its anabolic bone effects, reduction of marrow adiposity and inflammation, attenuation of organ fibrosis, and extension of lifespan.
