SJ-C1044 is an orally active pan-RAF inhibitor with additional activity against VEGFR2, TIE2, and CSF1R. It suppresses tumor growth by inhibiting the MAPK pathway and modulates the tumor immune microenvironment, making it a candidate for research in colorectal cancer models both in vitro and in vivo.
