TETi76 is an orally bioavailable, competitive pan-TET enzyme inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.5-9.4 μM. It selectively reduces 5hmC and suppresses clonal growth in TET2-mutant models, making it a valuable chemical probe for studying epigenetic mechanisms in leukemia, both in vitro and in vivo.
