C-Met/HDAC-IN-4 is a potent dual-target inhibitor with a c-Met IC50 of 28.92 nM. It demonstrates anti-cancer activity by arresting the cell cycle at G0/G1 phase and inducing apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 cells, while also inhibiting their proliferation and invasion in vitro.
