ABCB1-IN-2
ABCB1-IN-2 (16q) is a direct, functional ABCB1 inhibitor that binds and stabilizes the transporter, reversing multidrug resistance. It enhances chemotherapeutic agent sensitivity in vitro, such as increasing paclitaxel accumulation in MCF-7/ADR cells, without affecting ABCB1 expression or localization.
