AJI-214
AJI-214 is a dual Aurora kinase A and JAK2 inhibitor that disrupts T-cell mitosis and STAT3 signaling, thereby reducing TH1/TH17 cell differentiation. It is a research tool for studying immune modulation and has been investigated in preclinical models of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) .
