FAK inhibitor 7
FAK inhibitor7 is a potent small molecule (IC50 = 3.58 nM) targeting focal adhesion kinase. It blocks downstream Src/AKT signaling, inducing G0/G1 arrest and cytotoxic autophagy in ovarian cancer cells in vitro, and inhibits tumor growth and metastasis in mouse models in vivo.
