SARS-CoV-2-IN-97 (CO-01) is a small molecule inhibitor of the SARS-CoV-2 Nsp15 endoribonuclease with an IC50 of 53.5 μM. It shows low cytotoxicity (IC50 = 134 μM in A549-AT cells) and is a useful research tool for studying coronavirus replication mechanisms in vitro.
