SILA-123

SILA-123 is a potent and selective FLT3 inhibitor (IC50=2.1 nM for FLT3-WT, 1.0 nM for FLT3-ITD) used in acute myeloid leukemia research. It induces apoptosis and G0/G1 cell cycle arrest by blocking FLT3 phosphorylation and downstream signaling, as demonstrated in cellular studies.
