Antiproliferative agent-57

Antiproliferative agent-57 (M2) is a non-cytotoxic small molecule inhibitor of tumor angiogenesis with an IC50 of 0.68 μM in SiHa cells. It functions by suppressing hypoxia-induced VEGF secretion via modulation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR and MAPK pathways, leading to reduced HIF-1α expression, as demonstrated in cellular and tissue-based research models.
