DiABZI-4 is an orally bioavailable small molecule STING agonist with broad-spectrum antiviral activity. It potently inhibits the replication of viruses including Influenza A, SARS-CoV-2, and Human Rhinovirus (EC50: 11.8-199 nM) by activating the STING pathway to induce cytokine production and lymphocyte activation, supporting its use in antiviral and immunology research.
