PPARδ agonist 11

Compound 11 is a potent and selective PPARδ agonist (EC50 = 20 nM) with demonstrated anti-inflammatory effects in vitro, suppressing NO, TNFα, and IL-6 via NF-κB in LPS-stimulated macrophages. It shows high metabolic stability, excellent oral bioavailability (~100%), and effectively reduces carrageenan-induced foot edema in vivo, making it a valuable tool for metabolic and inflammatory disease research.
