HCAIX-IN-23
HCAIX-IN-23 (Compound 27) is a dual-action inhibitor of human carbonic anhydrases IX (Ki=10.4 nM) and XII (Ki=8.5 nM) that also releases nitric oxide. It induces cancer cell death via apoptosis and ferroptosis pathways and is a research tool for studying renal carcinoma in vitro.
