SJ-106C is a mitochondria-targeting SIRT inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.59, 0.12, and 0.49 μM against SIRT1, SIRT2, and SIRT3, respectively. It has demonstrated growth-inhibitory effects in DLBCL models in both cellular assays and in vivo tumor studies.
