HIV-1 protease-IN-14

HIV-1 protease-IN-14 (5ae) is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor of HIV-1 protease, showing high inhibitory activity (Ki = 0.28 nM) against the wild-type enzyme and moderate activity (Ki = 56.9 nM) against the R41T mutant. It is a valuable research tool for in vitro antiviral mechanism studies and protease inhibitor resistance profiling, demonstrating low cytotoxicity in cellular assays.
